Hello! I’m Gaokhue (Gao) Xiong and I specialized in nail art and hair designs. It is my goal to help you feel more fabulous about yourself from your tips to your toes and at your special event with your fabulous hair. GXY NAIL DESIGNS POLICY Booking: ALL Nails & Hair services are by appointments only. A Debit/ Credit Card is required for booking. Must acknowledge cancellation policy at booking. Make sure you read the details carefully to ensure you’re booking the correct service to give you the appropriate amount of time for your service. I’m not responsible for services that are incorrectly booked and this could result in a shortened service. MINOR: A parent/ guardian needs to be present during consultation for anyone 17 years and younger. Nails: Nail services: gel manicure, structure gel manicure, & gel-x extensions. Acrylic and Pedicure services are temporarily paused due to health reasons. If you have on nail enhancement but booked a new full set, please book a soak off also. Your nail appointment does not provide enough time for a soak off. MMA Soak off is subject to an up charge. Freestyle nail services priced at $100 (valued at $180+) require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This gives me full creative control of the nail design and allows me to grow as a nail artist. If you’re not open to going out of your comfort zone, this is not the service for you. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE REGARDLESS OF 48+ HOUR NOTICE, IT WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT. Hair: For all hair styling services please come with washed and completely dried hair. You may bring your own hair accessories for your hair style. You may bring your own clip in hair extension to use for your style, however there will be a $20 clip in hair installation fee. Please know that once you leave the salon it is your responsibility to be careful with your hair so that it doesn’t get crushed or caught onto anything that may result in destroying your hair style. This includes getting in/out of your outfits/ car. Cancellation/ Rescheduling/ NO SHOW: I do not require a deposit for you to make an appointment with me however, I do require a card on file in order to book. Please also respectfully give more than 48 hours notice for any CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING. You are able to make adjustments to your appointment anytime up to the 48hours from your appointment on your own. Once you’re within the 48 hours of your appointment you will no longer be able to make changes and you will be charged 50% of the services you booked for last minute cancellation/rescheduling. Please reach out to me as soon as you know you need to cancel your appointment. This can be done through email or Facebook/ Instagram direct message. After your 3rd consecutive cancellation/ no show, you will no longer be able to book your services online. You will have to pay your service in full in order to book with me again. Let’s be respectful of both yours and my time. NO SHOW will also result in a 50% charge of the services you booked. If there is any issue running the card on file for the cancellation fee, I will first reach out to you to resolve it. However, if the client is not cooperative, you will be banned from future booking and the next service will have to be paid in full before you can book with me again. ** NEW CLIENTS: If there is any issue running the card on file for the cancellation/ no show fee you will be banned immediately from future booking. ** Late policy: Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you know you’re running late. Please plan your commute accordingly should there be inclement whether/ traffic. Please know that if you run late, your service may be shortened or refused in order to prevent any overlap with the next client. I have the right to refuse service. If you’re more than 10 minutes late (regardless of prior notification) it will be handled like a NO SHOW and you will be charged 50% of the service booked. After your 3rd late appointment, you will no longer be able to book your services online. You will have to pay your service in full in order to book with me again. Let’s be respectful of both yours and my time. No Refund Policy: There is no refund policy on all nail & hair services provided by GXY Nail Designs. Once you leave the salon, you are assumed satisfied with your service. If you’re unhappy about your service, it is your responsibility to communicate that with me immediately during your service. Other Policies: Gems/Crystals can be replaced within 24 hours of your service. Gel polish fix/ nail fix have a 3 day grace period after your service. This does not include Chrome or foils as they are more prone to chipping and client will be made aware before proceeding with chrome/foils. You must communicate any of the above within the given grace time in order to get your free gem/crystal replacement or gel/nail fix. I can’t control what clients do with their nails. Please treat your hands with care. Your nails are JEWELS 💎 not tools 🛠 . I reserve the rights to refuse service to: 1. Anyone with an open/infected wounds or is sick/ill. 2. Anyone who is more than 10 mins late for a service. 3. Any DISRESPECTFUL & MEAN clients unwilling to cooperate and comply to the policies. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/ Rescheduling/ NO SHOW: If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please respectfully give more than 48 hours notice from your appointment time. You are able to make adjustments on your own online before your 48hour window, once you are within that 48 hour of your appointment you will no longer be able to make changes. Any CANCELLATION or RESCHEDULING less than 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total service booked. No Call/ No Show will also be charged 50% of the service booked. After your 3rd consecutive cancellation/ rescheduling/no show, you will be required to pay the full service in advance in order to book your future appointment. Freestyle services requires a non refundable deposit of $50. This service is priced at $100 (valued at $180+) to allow me to have full creative control and allows me to grow as a nail artist. If you decide to cancel this appointment, regardless of 48+ hour notice it will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Late policy: Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you know you’re running late. Please know that if you run late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late (regardless of prior notification) it will be handled like a NO SHOW and you will be charged 50% of the service booked. After your 3rd late appointment, you will no longer be able to book your services online. You will have to pay your service in full in order to book with me again.
